Delivery times
All production and delivery times stated in the online store and in the GTC are non-binding guidelines. Any liability is excluded.
Delays in delivery do not give the buyer the right to cancel the contract or refund the purchase price or part thereof.
Any requests by the buyer for delivery on a specific date are not binding, but will be taken into account if possible.
Delivery/shipping and collection
Deliveries of orders placed via the online store will only be made in Switzerland. For deliveries abroad, do not use the order process in the online store, but send an e-mail to the seller.
Depending on the goods, different delivery or shipping methods are offered. Self-collection is always a possible option.
On-site pickup:
Assuming stock of goods and receipt of payment, the ordered goods can be picked up at the seller’s warehouse in 8045 Zurich after a pre-arranged appointment. We prefer on-site pickup because packaging material can be saved.
Postal shipping:
Provided that the goods are in stock, the ordered goods are usually dispatched on working days within 3 to 5 days after receipt of payment. Orders are delivered by the Swiss Post by PostPac Priority (if necessary bulky goods Priority) and usually reach the buyer on the next working day after the post office handover.
Depending on the size and weight of the ordered goods, different postal rates apply. If, in exceptional cases, shipping is included in the product price, no amount will appear under “Delivery costs” in the checkout.
Whenever possible, we pack the shipment with recycled material. This does not look very chic, but it is environmentally friendly.
Furniture transport/forwarding:
The driver usually comes alone and delivers to the curb. The buyer is responsible for bringing the goods to the final destination.
Delivery to the final destination is possible, including assembly and disposal, etc., if desired. To do this, select “pickup on site” and contact us after receiving the order confirmation. Or contact us directly by phone or e-mail without completing the purchase in the online store. We recommend the same procedure to get a better price for the transport to the curb. In the online store, percentage transport costs are applied, which are not always the cheapest.
