feel.ambiguity – an invitation to the non-conformist – is the title of this stool collection that Lyk Carpet developed with the Nepal Knotcraft Centre.

The harmonious fusion of woven cattail and black corn husk combined with wool, paper yarn and cardamom creates the unmistakable character of the three models in the feel.ambiguity collection. The sculptural stools are designed to ignite emotions and tell the “story behind”. Mareike Lienau sees art and design as a means of exploring the emotional spectrum. She also strives to keep traditional materials and techniques alive and to share them actively and holistically with people. Her approach is based on a deep intercultural connection between people, material and tradition.

Each stool is unique. The wool tails are available in 5 different colors: light blue, yellow, pink, dark blue and red.
